Liked: Room was perfect. Comfortable and homeyLarge shower bathroom Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Wished they had more blankets in the roomHeat wasn’t working properly. I turned it up and still didn’t get warmer.

Liked: We arrived late and the Park Town upgraded our room to river side on the 5th floor. Beautiful room and view. More than expected.

Bright! Clean! Comfortable.

Liked: Initially hesitant to book when I saw the Booking.com rating was only 7. This doesn’t accurately reflect the venue! Newly renovated rooms are clean, bright and modern. Beds comfortable and bathroom have the necessary amenities. We initially had an issue with our room that the staff immediately rectified.
Disliked: Nothing - and we are fussy.

Disliked: That it was under construction, did not get our room service at all even when I literally went to front desk, n also did not give me what I requested and said they will send someone to our room which nobody came at all!!!
