Absolutely happy and satisfied

Liked: I loved it there from the moment we arrived till we left the staff was very welcoming we had a wonderful suite and decided to stay longer and had to move rooms only for them to put us into another nice suite they go above and beyond to make sure there guest are happy and comfortable they take care of there rooms nice and clean the lobby was very clean the pool was a nice amenities laundry room was nice and neat and wonderful breakfast and coffee Only wish there was more options for breakfast like a buffet but not complaining we had a wonderful Christmas with our family the hotel fit great in our budget and I would recommend and definitely stay again if were ever looking for further accounts as such thank you guys very much id give you

Disliked: The area isn’t the safest and attracts a somewhat bad crowd.

Liked: The location was convenient, the night staff seemed chill. And 1 of the house keepers was really nice.
Disliked: The breakfast is horrible what breakfast. The hot tub has been broken forever. The day staff needs to be replaced very disrespectful and rude.
