Liked: Clean rooms with working bathrooms and showers. Available parking. Check in happened very smoothly, despite our late arrival. Actually, it was amazing that someone live replied to our texts at 9 pm.
Disliked: Parking was too tight and uncomfortable to get in and out. No place to turn around. TV did not work, no live TV channels were accessible, as well as the services like Netflix or Hulu. Most of all, no internet. I had the password, but no network is detectable at the room #104. Advertised balcony was very small and into the parking area.

Disliked: Room lighting was subdued and not bright enough to read a book. A reading light for the bed would have been appreciated. Also the outdoor light beside the door was out. Dark.

Secluded and quiet in Guerneville

Liked: Staff has been very friendly, helpful and responsive. Room very clean and comfy bed.
Disliked: Bed is very high, requiring short people to hop up. Specific instructions for operating heater by remote would have saved time.

Disliked: The view of the parking lot was not great and the facilities are a lot older than they appear on the website. To me it wasn’t worth the $200/night.

Amazing room! Quiet and tranquil....

Liked: It has a beautiful view of a winer orchard and guerneville mountain sides. The room we had room 128 you can’t go wrong with! The bed was so great and the room was extremely comfortable. Very clean. The view from our bed was just amazing. Loved the shower too !
Disliked: Wished the pool was still heated. It’s turned off for the winter. Their wine bar isn’t open yet.
