In short my stay was...

Liked: It’s clean, well presented, great location
Disliked: I love in room Dinning however they only supply breakfast, however I do know that it’s a smaller hotel so I’m not really fussed about it, the mini bar could have had more snacks, the drinks were perfect.

Liked: Complimentary Bottle of Red Wine for my Birthday was lovely. Room was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The Buffet Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Location was close to train station so we could go to Circular Quay for dinner. Overall the stay was wonderful and we had a really enjoyable experience.

Perfect boutique hotel for our...

Liked: Central location, welcoming staff, comfy bed, relaxing shower, breakfast included, late check out.
Disliked: Nothing really however no pool which I knew before booking.

Liked: My partner and I came for a week long trip to celebrate our 40th birthdays and were definitely not disappointed. They gave us a free upgrade which was really lovely. The room was nice and spacious and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The staff were all fantastic and more than happy to accomodate any requests. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was nice to have a large variety to choose from, especially for the days I didn't feel like a hot breakfast. It was central to everything we were doing while in Sydney. It was also one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed at. I highly recommend the West Hotel and would definitely recommend staying whether for a romantic weekend or even a longer trip.
Disliked: Truly, I can not think of anything I didn't like. My only suggestion would be for the bedside tables to have a few drawers as storage is very limited.

Liked: Close to King St wharf and Darling harbour. Mainly happy helpful staff.
Disliked: The wait to check in . It was meant to be from 3pm, Was advised by one staff member room wasn't ready,waited best part of hour. Only to be told by another that the room had been ready for over half an hour .
