Location excellent, staff friendly, room...

Liked: Location was excellent - we were walking distance to the restaurants and shops, ferries and trains. The staff were lovely and very friendly.
Disliked: We couldn’t connect WiFi to our iPad. We had to hotspot to the phone. We expected the room to be bigger and have more space. We opted for the upgrade to include breakfast and mini bar which was ok. We expected a room with more space.

Very unimpressed being located next...

Liked: Facility is fair for the money providing one is not next to the gym
Disliked: The room we were given was next to a 24 hour gym listening to people drop weights day and night was very loud bangs echoing through the room.They should not have a gym like this next to rooms that travellers pay decent money to stay in.
