Liked: I liked the price. I liked the ambience. I liked the tea. I liked the staff's readiness to help even if they don't have or can accommodate what you're
Disliked: I didn't like the replenishment of the towels(not sufficient). You start out with a full compliment of towels than after room service, you're given less than before.

Disliked: We were close to the exit ramp of the thruway. A bit noisy at times . Did not change anything, we would rent again

Liked: It served its purpose for somewhere to sleep; location and the breakfast
Disliked: the room smelled stale from whatever was used to “mop” the rug that was stained, curled, and lumpy; the wallpaper needs to be replaced you can see the cinder blocks; the bathroom tiles near the baseboards need to be cleaned & replaced; the toilet seat rocks & the base of it is rusted; the floor of the bathtub was black & the room was cold we had the thermostat up to 85 but there was a draft from the room door. I sprayed the room with Lysol & Lavender but nope didn’t help..the bed mattress covers were torn & battered..
