Liked: Good location, room adequate for needs though a little bit untidyLydia (reception staff working morning shift) was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: One member of staff (working evenings on both nights stayed) was dreadful and appeared very ill-informed and disinterested - not at all the welcome we had expected and likely needs some training in personal relations. The direct facilities for food were a little limited, particularly for children, though there was plenty available within walking distance.

Liked: Great staff, clean rooms(there is noise on the weekends but I was here for a convention in the city so I didn’t care) my trip got extended due to a storm and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely recommend booking for a single room for leisure. I will definitely come back for my next trip to dc! I would say weekdays are the best if you want a quiet night but, if you sleep heavy it won’t really matter. Absolutely great service the staff is fantastic!
Disliked: Nothing no complaints.
