Liked: The indoor heated pool was absolutely beautiful! Staff were lovely at check in.
Disliked: Room is extremely dated and desperately requires updating (paint off walls, shower base peeling, stained carpet etc), however bed was new and comfortable. It really was adequate for a short stay and met our needs. Some quite disruptive noise from other guests arriving home late/leaving early, however this is beyond the motel's control.

Comfortable stay

Liked: We stayed at the house that's available through the motor lodge. It was a fair distance to the main street, but walking distance to the Robin Hood Hotel which we ate at and a very nice establishment. House had ample room for 6 people. Clean and check in was easy
Disliked: Minor, but the front room has the street light that streams in at night through the side of the blinds. The house is close to the corner of the main road, so there was a bit of road noise for the two bedrooms out the front.

Disliked: Shower head kept dropping & wardrobe has what looks to be mould from maybe a shower leaking which is explainable if the shower head keeps dropping as it's in the same spot.Didn't get time to tell them about it though.However apart from that very clean tidy and spacious. I like this place as Robyn on the reception is lovely and will do anything to help you out. 2nd stay here & would stay again but just ask to fix shower head & wardrobe.
