Liked: Location is excellent. The kitchen was okay. The cleaning depended on who was on duty that particular day - a couple were very good, a couple very cursory. The help extended by the service desk was excellent - couldn't ask for more.
Disliked: Some days it was very basic service - sheets still crumpled, roughly arranged, dish towels not refreshed, bathroom floor not cleaned. Given we stayed for 2 weeks, there was no vacuuming of the floor or carpets. We expect daily full service cleaning, typical for a $300 per night hotel rate.

Very pricey but a pleasant...

Liked: Lovely, helpful staff. Amazingly comfortable mattress.
Disliked: Teeny tiny fridge.Socket by the bed both sides would be helpful, not just usb ports on the lamp
