Very good

Didn't stay. Left immediately.

Disliked: Dust bunnies on the floor; evidence of bedbugs in the beds. We did not stay. We told the management of the problem and left to find another accommodation. The manager at the property told us she could not help us with a refund and that we should request it online. To date, my efforts to communicate with the company have only generated some boilerplate language thanking me for choosing them.

It was disgusting!

Disliked: Bad environment it was thirty bad service

Comfy Pocono stay

Liked: Location great next to major attractions and all. Convenient travel to NJ/NY/PA. Beds were clean and comfy. Enough room for storage
Disliked: Were some dirty patches with cobwebs, dirt.but nothing major.

Dirtiest place on earth

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Filthy everything- hair on sheets, toilet dirty, food in fridge that leaks inside and all over floor. Could not stay there left in one hour and no staff at all from 12 am- 11am. I checked in right before midnight. Disgusted and never using booking.com again because I have had no response for help and am stuck paying g this stay at somewhere you can't pay ME enough money to sit in filth. Seemed like it was someone else's room and rundown

Liked: Not much...the person that showed us the room was nice
Disliked: The room was a little dingy looking. The sheets were stained and worn. The towels were stained. The bed was rather old and squeaky. The air conditioning unit wat dirty. The price of a one night stay was a lot more than expected for the accommodations

Needs a lot of work

Liked: The memories from past times.
Disliked: The hotel manager offered to move me to her credit, but the place needs a lot of work. Busted window, closet was kicked in, and the dresser had a broken handle. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. I only stayed one night, but definitely not what I remembered from YEARS ago. If they renovated the rooms, it would make a world of difference.
