Disliked: The room smelled awful, heating system was only on hot, there was an enormously bight light outside our room window. Shower had two temps hot and cold. The toliet ran 24/7. We will never stay here again

Iwon't be back and I...
Liked: the breakfast was fair.
Disliked: Maintenance was lacking on the elevator grab handles. Two out of the three handles were missing. The elevator carpet was stained and in need of a good cleaning. No diffuser on the floor lamp in our room. The sink faucet was difficult to use because it seemed to be worn out. The heater was noisy and made a drone sound all the time it was working.

IT WAS AWFUL UNSAFE AND...
Disliked: I HAVE REACHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A REFUND AND THEY WILLNOT EVEN RESPOND TO ME!IT WAS UNSANITARY, UNSAFE. THE ELEVATOR DOORS KEPT STCKINGA ND WERE MISSING BUTTONSS. MY ROOM DIDNT EVEN HAVE COMFORTERS ON THE BED. THE TRASH DIDN'T HAVE A LINER. THE WALLPAPER WASJUST LAID OVER ITSELF. THE THERMOSTAT WAS MISSING THE COVER. I DIDN'T END UP STAYING AT THE HOTEL I DROVE 2 HOURS HOME INSTEAD OF STAYING IN IT!
