Disliked: The AC did not work at all. It was blowing hot air and super uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep all night. We told the staff and they said they would “have someone look”

Disappointed at the Nugget

Liked: The wallpaper in the room was curling and peeling. Hard water spots on the shower door, no hot water the night we checked in, finally in the morning just before check out. The sliding glass door had a large piece of wood in the track, so it would open, frustrating and a fire issue. There wasn't a lamp shade on the light, we either had spot light lighting of mood lighting. There was no refrigerator, so the food we bought from the restaurant in the hotel went bad, there was no coffee maker and the nearest ice machine was clear on the other side of the hallway. The elevators are slow and the people staying in one of the rooms close to us got stuck in the elevator for 45 plus minutes. The food is really good and the employees are super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Only one elevator worked in the whole building except the one for the sky bridge

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Liked: Air conditioning not working. Elevator not working, room too hot. Cockroaches in the hallway. The smell of sewer in some parts of the hallways. Room was miserably hot and the wall wasn't even connected to the ceiling.

Terrible stay

Disliked: The place was dirty and not maintained!

Liked: Nice and clean. Restaurants were good.
Disliked: Could not check into our room before the Superbowl started. Rooms were not ready. But there wasn't a line of people???
