Cockroach Headquarters. Do Not Stay...

Disliked: Cockroaches all over the toilet and bedroom floor. Could not turn bedroom or toilet lights off as once off the cockroaches were everywhere. Awful smell in toilet. Worse than any transit accommodation I ever saw whilst in HM Forces. The bath panel falling off, held on by three screws (hiding all the cockroaches). There was lumps of faeces in the upstairs corridor on the carpet outside of the lift Also a staff member knocking on the door at 0930 telling us we had to leave the room and check out.

Disliked: I wanted to report a complete complaint because we found cockroaches in the room, which is reprehensible. I reported it to the reception but they only told me that they would clean it up. I recorded a video. In this case, I am asking for a refund of the cost of the stay because we were exposed to this. I do not know if they were left in any of my personal things. I am forced to throw them away or disinfect them. I am asking for a positive solution to my complete complaint. Thank you. BOZENA KOZAKIEWICZ
