Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast had no tea or coffee available for 30 minutes.

Not worth the money paid.

Liked: Location was where we wanted to stay.
Disliked: When we arrived, there were two concierge staff members stood at the entrance door talking. They made no attempt to welcome or open a door. We were stood waiting to check in for some time, with free space at the reception desk and spare staff not attending.There were dirty plates left outside of our room on arrival, as well as across the corridor. They were still there when we checked out.Overall, I found the staff could have made more effort to be friendly to the customer. I expected more, considering how much we paid for our stay. The next time we stay in the area, we’ll be looking for a budget hotel as well know what to expect.Thanks

Not too bad for London

Liked: The room was large and had a great comfortable bed. It was great to have a table for working on and a lovely sized bathroom with toiletries provided.
Disliked: The room I had was overlooked so I had to keep the blinds down the entire time on a velux window which made it difficult to open and get any fresh air. The floors were pretty squeaky!

Very enjoyable would defo stay...

Liked: Smart hotel all seems newly refurbished, polite staff and nice facilities and rooms
Disliked: Better location slightly far from tube station and could do with a swimming pool / spa facilities

Liked: Very good location
Disliked: The fact that initially they put us in a very small room , and they tried to persuade us that those were the rooms we booked. In the end they changed us.

Good location and facilities

Liked: The hotel is located in a central part of the city, walking distance to the Viktoria station, also to Westminster Abbey. Several underground stations are located around.We had all necessary things in the room, including fridge, kettle, cups etc.
Disliked: We got 2 bottles of wated upon check-in in the room, however it was one-off. Would be appriciated to get bottled water every day.

Disappointing
