Great stay with minor hiccups

Liked: Location was central but still on the quiet side. Love that the hotel was beside the park.
Disliked: The elevator was broken on our 2nd night until the end of our stay. Our room was all the way on the 4th floor. Hope they can provide bottled water every day. We stayed for a total of 6 nights and only 2 bottles were provided.

Great value for money in...

Liked: Really well appointed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
Disliked: No breakfast tea in the room - just herbal. TV remote control batteries were dying so we stuck to BBC1!Handle fell off door on inside. Shower very clean but not easy to master the controls between the heads.

Large and clean rooms

Liked: The room was large and clean. The location was in walking distance (10min) to some attractions and less than 5 min to supermarkets.
Disliked: The room was on the right side of the building above the restaurant.Every morning at 6-7 am the room was flooded with different smells from the kitchen. That was pretty unpleasant.

Very good

Liked: Very good central location and value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The single room is very very small (smaller than in the photos). If you have a medium to large suitcase you will want to book a slightly larger room. I was not able to open my regular large sized suitcase up without rearranging furniture, and still had to climb over it to get to the bathroom.

Convenient location Quiet property.

Liked: It was a nice accommodation and staff were OK. The place had a non functioning Lift( I was told it is out of order for over 2 days and was not repaired till I left. The property has two parts and my room was a bit away from reception on the 2nd floor. The direction to the rooms poor and confusing. I pointed out to the manager but he was adamant that the directions adequate, however , I had difficulty in getting the right direction for the room all the three days of stay. not happy.
Disliked: The direction is not good and needs to be "Fool Proof"

Liked: The location is great! Close to everything yet very quiet.
Disliked: I didn’t like the rate change on daily bases. Booking with booking.com you are not entitled to a receipt even though I paid on arrival , they won’t give me a receipt. I found that very strange.
