Liked: The only thing clean there was the bed thankfully
Disliked: They room wasn’t clean the smell was very bad the shower had no cold water so you couldn’t shower because the water was boiling

Liked: The room was spacious and clean, I had my own entrance key and that gave me the comfort to come in at my convenience. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

A good hotel close to...

Liked: The location is ideal if you want to go exploring London with the station a short walk. The hotel has plenty of good food outlets close by with a good selection of food to choose from.
Disliked: Having the option of breakfast would be nice.

Liked: Nice owner, clean sheets and towels
Disliked: The sofa had a big white spot/blob on it, we washed it of when we arrived. The walls, doors and panels was dirty and dusty. There were freezing on small toilet. No place to have toothbrush etc on toilet. No toilet Brush. We had a old sponge to clean dishes with, no washing up liquid, only hand soap. it was not possible to hang a towel to dry your finger in kitchen. There vere a big dead spider in the kitchen cupboard.
