Exceptional

Liked: Friendly people. Good location. Restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Easy to drive to downtown or west part of the city by highway. Spacious parking lot. Breakfast is okay, they always keep it hot and clean. The room is big and clean, coffee machine and mini refrigerator are available, power plug/outlet everywhere.

Liked: The hotel was very well situated and you had shopping and restaurants within walking distance
Disliked: I asked for a room near the elevator because I am handicapped and they did not offer me that.The rooms need an update kind of shabby and outdated.I had called ahead of my trip to ask for a room near the elevator and when I called they said no problem and once I arrived there was definitely a problem
