2 night stay

Liked: Property was close to everything. Hallways were very warm. Unable to use the heat or air due to them winterizing buildings. Rooms were old appearing with old decor. Staff was friendly. A bit much for what it cost.
Disliked: Hallways in buildings were very warm.

Liked: Quiet, easy access to Fairbanks. Apartment style access to rooms is a convenient plus. Air conditioning works well.
Disliked: Beds are not that comfy.

Perfect place, great staff and...

Liked: It’s a one bedroom apartment. Perfect for an extended stay.
Disliked: There are no elevators which wasn’t a problem for us. Just be aware to request the 1st floor if you can’t do stairs.
