Disliked: Could have done with a decorating shower excellent but paint peeling and old furniture from 1970s I think

Disliked: Typical London run down hotel. Photos show a decent size room but ours was more like a cubicle. Needs to be condemned.

Liked: Great location. Waking distance to Central London. Tube station 10 mins away. .
Disliked: Could do with air conditioning. Even with window open room was very hot at night.

Obnoxious and Rude Staff, Wonderful...

Liked: Gorgeous location, Quiet, Some lovely staff, Sofia on the front desk, room was as advertised, pleasantly suprised, would definitely recommend to stay, but would more recommend the owners chance their staff, as would be perfect. I actually loved the hotel
Disliked: Unfortunately this hotel is let down massively by staff. Certain reception staff are absolutely obnoxious and downright rude. Unhelpful. The maid service is none existent, all requests for bedding change ignored. In fact one day, we were given clean towels and coffee, with the old towels left on the floor in the bathroom, bin not emptied, even though we had requested bedding change and a clean. Next day bedding still not changed. Absolute shame, as if not for staff would have been a perfect stay.
