Great food; staff at front desk as well as the restaurant staff were very welcoming and great to deal with. Would stay at the Wedgewood Hotel again for sure. Great little features and compliments in our rooms throughout the day.

Disliked: I asked for our bags to be taken to our room upon arrival. We were to have brunch in the restaurant at the hotel before going to our rooms. Bags were forgotten and lost for a little while - was rather annoying.

LOVELY CONCIERGE & STAFFR. QUESTIONABLE...

Liked: i ORDERED ONE NIGHT IN FOR A DINNER. iT WAS WAY TOO COSTLY FOR THE SPARSE AMOUNT OF FOOD I GOT.
Disliked: WHEN I RETURNED TO MY ROOM AFTER A DAY OUT, I NOTICED THE TUB HADN'T BEEN CLEANED. I TOLD HOUSEKEEPING AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT STANDARD PROCEDURE TO CLEAN THE TUB. I ASKED IF THEY COULD SEND CLEANSER, LIKE AJAX OR COMET, SO I COULD CLEAN IT MYSELF. THEY SENT SOME ONE UP TO CLEAN IT. THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS NOT IN THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION. THAT MADE ME WONDER HOW MANY OTHER TASKS ARE NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.

Liked: The staff is great.
Disliked: This may sound trivial, but the user interface on the TV system is abysmal. You pull up the listings, and you get maybe 40-50 separate channels, but you can't break the code on what each channel is. I was trying to watch sports, and I could not find it.
