An excellent stay near the...

Liked: Great Internet. Very comfortable. Close to restaurants and stores. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The airport shuttle only goes from the hotel to the airport. So we had to take a taxi to the hotel.

Good hotel, shuttle is only...

Liked: Nice clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast restaurant. Helpful staff. Efficient transportion to the airport.
Disliked: The location is sketchy to walk to at night, and they don't offer transportation from the airport to the hotel. It was strange to order a taxi to basically go across the street, and even then the driver managed to get lost. So a point off for not having transport both ways. Otherwise it would be a perfect place to stay for an overnight layover at MEX.

It was good service.’

Liked: The room was clean, modern, & elegant. I loved the transportation to the airport.
Disliked: I could not sleep because it was hot inside the room. The air conditioning system did not work and there was no fan.

Small, sterile room, but very...

Liked: Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gym was a nice feature.
Disliked: Small, sterile room. No tea for non coffee drinkers. Shower mat was moldy. Our view was of the air conditioning system.
