Great hotel

Liked: The location was 15 mins walk to the city centre. Metro was at the doorstep. Staff was friendly. Hotel room was clean.
Disliked: The only thing that stopped me giving a 10 was the bar was closed in the evening. It was not a deal breaker. We just hopped to the hotel bar opposite where they did amazing cocktails :)

Disliked: There was an unpleasant smell coming from the sewage, likely from the toilet or the shower.

Liked: Clean, elegant, nice room, nice bathroom, friendly staff, looks new.
Disliked: I loved the property. And it’s very close to the subway.However, it seems that the neighborhood isn’t as cared as the hotel. Besides, too many foreigners from Africa or Middle East with a different culture and language give the impression that you are not in Portugal when you walk in the streets around the hotel. If you’re into a more global experience, it’s nice. If you prefer a more traditional Portuguese culture, maybe consider another place.

Disliked: The floors in the shower room were very slippery not enough space for clothes. Lovely looking round bed but only one bedside cabinet. It said brewing facilities, but we couldn’t make any cups of tea with it. No tea bags or milk available

Disliked: Its not comfortable, staff is rude and unhelpful, extreme smell of soap when u enter.our room was tiny and nothing like any of the pictures.
