Disliked: A little outdated and the bathroom could do with a freshen up. New kettle for the deluxe room.

Liked: The room was warm and comfortable the bed was also very comfortable the breakfast is more than you could eat and the whole feel of the place is home from home
Disliked: i cannot think of a single thing to make the stay any better

Comfy, cosy, clean & fab...

Liked: Lovely warm welcome and clean, cosy room that had everything I needed, plus an abundance of fresh breakfast foods to help myself to as I pleased. Microwave was really good to have to heat my evening meal up on my (unexpected) second night's stay. Would definitely stay there again when back in Norwich.
Disliked: Shower door was tricky to open and close.
