Liked: Accolades - The hospitality of Joe. The view was amazing. The decor fits the historical dwelling. The breakfast was superb, attentive to food allergies. Check-in and out were hassle free.
Disliked: For consideration- the outdoor setting calls for a gazebo or fire pit near the pond. Revisit the building maintenance for sharp edges, nail heads, and points

Liked: Joe was a fantastic host and A1 cook. I would highly recommend staying there when staying in the area. The atmosphere is so relaxing, quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Very difficult to answer this. Honestly, and this is just a personal opinion, if this were my place, I would quiet the squeaky floors. I know that it probably adds charm to this amazing historic building and it was quaint at first...I would just prefer a quieter walking experience. Again, we loved Everything about our stay. This was the ONLY thing that I would do to change there.

Liked: The place was so charming and was built in 1780! Such history (okay, for the US)! The breakfasts were amazing, delicious, and so very filling! The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a two-room suite that was quite spacious!

Overwhelmed and somehow subdued.
Liked: This guy is such a damn gent. He was so nice that we couldn't navigate how to treat him and his operation better than anyone else has. We where disarmed and disengaged. We don't relax and he got us to relax. That's a first for us.
Disliked: We don't have a clue what we don't like. When we are older and need to slow down, we hope to have a chance at being the next people to own and cherish this gem.
