Great staff!

Liked: Surroundings, cleanliness, family friendly
Disliked: Our tv was broken.

Good

Liked: Quiet location, nice view. Clean.
Disliked: A few items need attention. Broken refrigerator handle, scratched table, broken toilet seat, and peeling paint in the bathroom. Expected a little more attention to detail for the price.

Liked: Everything,,we go to Waynesville twice a year for the last 19 years always stay here. Staff is so accommodating. They changed our room as we wished. The housekeeping crew at golf view was fantastic.
Disliked: Rates on golfing now..

Liked: Accommodations were good
Disliked: Food was not good. Looked prepared pry and shoved in a refrigerator. Ribs were horrendous. Dry, dry and more dry. Salad again pre- prepared And brought out. Music at 6:30 pm ROCK and loud but not loud enough to vibrate the meat off of ribs.f Not the kind of music you want to hear at dinner.Should stick to finger food , burgers, dogs.Everything good but the FOOD!!
