Disliked: Booking.com took payment for two rooms 4 days before arrival, and on the day of arrival we turned up to an empty hotel IT WAS CLOSED !!!! trying to get a refund for my booking from either booking.com or the property as so far been horrendous.Be VERY careful when booking this property or chain of properties.

Disliked: The car park was ridiculously tight and small. The first room was shocking broken glass ceiling coming down broken blind on the floor the smell wasn’t pleasant over priced car park on check in
