Nightmare hotel with human waste...

Liked: At check in I was told my room had plumbing problems and I was being moved to a different hotel. I knew right then this was a mistake. I’m guessing the other hotel fell through and all of a sudden my room was ok. Checked in and there definitely was plumbing problems because there was poop still on the floor. Went to tell the lady at check in and she honestly didn’t care. Didn’t offer any kind of clean up at all. Told her I wanted a refund and then she kept hiding in a room that I had to keep knocking on the door to get her to give me some answers. Still waiting on my refund also , as of right now I was ripped off.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The property was clean and spacious! It was myself, my 11 yr old and my 13 year old. Everyone had their own room and space to be in comfortably! I’ll for sure be returning when in the area.
Disliked: Everything was GREAT!!
