Disliked: I found a few bugs after using my zapp plug in

It was nice but...

Liked: The location, cleanliness, the outdoor amenities (firepit), and the convenience were a plus. This location appears to be fairly new.
Disliked: The staff wasn't very engaging. The woman at the desk had me sign a paper but never told me what it was. The legibility of the paper was poor due to the ink. She didn't share information about on-site amenities, check-out, or anything.The parking spaces are a bit tight.It was also pretty noisy. I heard dogs barking and people talking, the people upstairs walking and running around, and what sounded like furniture being moved.I also didn't get the room I booked. I booked a one bedroom with balcony but was informed at check-in they didn't have anymore rooms with balconies.

Disliked: The hallway floors and elevator floors were dirty..Same trash on floors for our 2 day stay. One bedroom had one pillow, there was one set of silverware for a group of 4. The shower head barely put out any water. The tv signal kept going out the entire stay, it was irritating while watching TV. The staff was great, and very friendly .

Disliked: no towels in a 2 bedroom I pillow on each bed ,I had to ask for comforters for bed and I made one a pillow 1 remote per room. Andrew was helpful with getting missing items for me
