Liked: The room above us… man and woman yelling at 130 am. Sounded like he was beating her off and on for 2 hours

Micki and Buffy went above...

Liked: Wonderful customer resolution! Willing to go the extra mile to meet or exceed the customer’s expectation.
Disliked: No breakfast but I understand why.

Nice room with convenient location.

Liked: Great location. Clean room and doing laundry before returning was great. Only issue was with booking a balcony and not receiving one. Finally after several discussions with staff led to a refund for difference. Overall was pleased.

Liked: The rooms were dirty, dirty towels in one of the bathrooms, lots of wrappers and dirty stuff stuffed in the couch. Some unclean spots on the sheets, was told we would be refunded partially and was not. Won’t be staying again!
