Definitely would stay here again,...

Liked: Literally studio apartments with stove top, cooking utensils, washer/dryer. Clean property, friendly staff, great location tucked away with many options food/shopping nearby.
Disliked: My only complaint would be the hairs in the towels, which the front desk replaced with no issues and apologies. Also, the washer/dryer closet leaked water when taking a shower, reported it to the front desk and they put a ticket into maintenance, no issues!

All in all very good!

Disliked: I did not get the room I paid for. The staff was rude regarding the situation. I paid for a two bedroom suite. I was put in a studio suite instead leaving no privacy for me and brother.

Liked: I liked that the bed was not so high.
Disliked: I didn’t like how a couple days prior to my arrival. The hotel had a fire due to one of the permanent residents smoking. The hotel had fans in the lobby drying up the floor. We were concerned and asked was this an issue on every floor. We asked about the room we would be staying in and were told everything was fine. They put us on the second floor as to which the A.C had been cut due to the fire being on that floor. We were told it happened to one room; however, they were working on 4-5 rooms on the floor. So after we bypassed the heat and the hot fans. We made it to our room. We thought everything was fine until we started smelling cigarettes. The room had given me a pounding headache. I called down to complain and I was told there were no other rooms available. I contacted booking told them what we had been through. Booking called the front desk then they magically had another room to put us in. In short, we let that same day of check in and was refunded for the hotel. Extended stays are not for everyone. By the way please fix your website location address. GPS leads you to a residential location. I should have taken that as a sign that things were going to be crappy.

Liked: The rooms were very clean, and the idea it had a kitchen was awesome.
Disliked: When you're using your GPS, it takes you to a residential area. I would suggest googling Copelands, and once you get there, just type in the street name ( w/out the numerical portion), and it will take you to Primeter Park then drive all the way down and Hotel is on the left
