Front desk assistant manager (Terica)...
Disliked: I book the room for 1 night stay but decided to extend my room for a additional night. I received a phone call early morning front desk (Terica) Telling me that I had to move out that particular room into another room. I was very uncomfortable with the move.

Liked: The hotel it self its very nice i luv that u can wash your clothes in your room thats a big plus
Disliked: Well the Manger Terra is a bit messy and very unprofessional ghetto & judgemental i had my clothes on the dolly waiting for my ride she approach me and told me that the dolly was for guess it was serval dollys that other guess could've used but i was nice enough to take my clothes off .if she stay a manger it wouldnt be a good look on this hotel ijs but over all the hotel is very nice will come back again

Liked: new hotel
Disliked: stuff was rude we accidentally booked 5 rooms instead of 4 they did not refund our money we already booked 4 rooms why is it so hard to refund one room back why you guys been greedy this much also stuff was so rude when we asked our one room money back not recommended there is plenty more places around there stay away from this property
