They Will Not Communicate

Liked: This property cancelled my room without notice to me or booking! This was during a busy weekend where many of the hotels were sold out! I had to find out when I got there that my pay at the property option was revoked without notice to me.
Disliked: There was no communication and me and my family were stranded in Huntsville without a room for hours. They would not answer my call or booking’s call. This was bad business. Thanks to Hampton Inn Downtown Huntsville for saving the day. Water whatever your name is I was hesitant about booking here in the first place and you definitely confirmed me right. I had plenty of money to confirm my stay if you had the decency to inform that you would no longer honor the pay at the property option.
