Over all it was a...

Liked: Everything was great the only issue i had was the front desk ladies were very rude. There was one lady who was great she went above and beyond with helping me.
Disliked: I didnt like that no one help me to use the printer i couldnt connect to it and the 2 ladys at front desk never walked over

Staff and room good, but...

Liked: I really enjoyed the room for the most part. It was mostly clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bed sheets had stains on them... It would be more beneficial if they were bleached considering they were all white. When I arrived, the second floor smelled heavily like marijuana... so much so that it gave me a headache and smelled up my room as well. When I opened the balcony door, it smelled the same. I told the front desk and at first was told there was nothing anyone can do about it... then told seconds later that because of my location that security would be following up on it. This really confused me and made little to no sense. Quiet time needs to be enforced... I did not get hardly any sleep due to someone above me making loud noises as they stomped on the floor from the hours of 11 pm to 5 am. It was miserable and it affected me greatly.

Liked: This place was horrible I would not go back there if it was the last place on earth.
Disliked: The tenants were gang members, and the staff started more bullshit then a middle school dance
