Liked: Really clean, functional kitchenette, small living room and nice bedroom/bath. Great space.
Disliked: This whole area is really noisy so windows closed to sleep!

Nice amenities within the room...

Liked: This little place is like a mini apartment and they provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Think airbnb combined with a hotel and this describes WaterWalk in my opinion.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel but Eagle Rd is like a racetrack so you will hear noise. Luckily it quiets down before 10pm. The TV location is really close to the sitting area, and the desk is right by the tv which made it hard for me to do school while my husband had football on.

No television and no staff...

Liked: Having a bed to sleep in
Disliked: Tv only had 4 channels. When asked front desk, Hannah said she could fix it right then, but we are able to leave the comfort of our room and watch Tv in lobby. Said someone would fix it next day. No one showed up. When asked from desk next day, they fHad no idea of issue and still not corrected. It’s the experience of broken promises and therapeutic responses without results

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: I found out on the way there my brother had passed away unexpectedly. I couldn’t wait to get in bed and have a good cry then a good sleep. We pulled down the covers and there was a dirty pair of socks in the bed. We had to pack everything back up that we had just unpacked and moved to another room.
