Liked: Rooms are clean.
Disliked: The check in was at 4 pm but still the rooms were not ready and they the reception did not even had a timeline for it..! Came back after 2 hours to find no one at the reception, called the number , nobody picked up , waited for another hour before finally checking in.

Disliked: Our rooms ended up in different buildings.

Massive Tub and Walk In...

Liked: Bathroom was great - massive tub and huge walk in shower! Bedroom is dated but room is very clean and bed was very comfortable. Could easily walk in and around Waterton lakes. Could also park our car directly outside our room!
Disliked: Long que to get checked in (had to wait 25 mins for a keycard even after 4pm). Rooms are quite dated now and could probably do with a refresh!

Okay for a short visit

Liked: Room was clean- the sloping roof & rather small size gave a slight cramped feel though Walking to a very nice pizza / breakfast place just outside Walking to the lake
Disliked: Strangely bag of garbage and mop etc in the middle of the corridor at the entrance to our unit - remained till we left next morning

Perfect except for the bed

Liked: Staff excellent location excellent room excellent ...but the bed the stupid bed left me sleeping in a v shape my wife has been complaining about her back all day
Disliked: The bed, it's floppy beyond control, left me sleeping in a v shape, and my wife has been complaining all day about back pain
