I would stay at this...

Liked: Location and staff. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Hallways were too cold. Fire alarm signal was activated blinking lights in room and hallways. Charged someone’s meal to my room #. No hot water in my bathroom.

Beware of upgrades

Disliked: I paid $140 more for my room because it included breakfast. According to the hotel staff management and everyone involved breakfast was not included. I showed proof of the reservation inclusions which were made through booking.com, clearly stating breakfast included. The waitress also informed me that they take breakfast coupons which I was denied.Overall we had a great time and the weather was magnificent

Liked: The meal we had Kasumi was exceptional
Disliked: Our stay did not represent value for money. The room was dated and the communal spaces were not spacious enough to provide a nice environment, bar also closed early in the evenings.

Disliked: 3 out of 5 days our room was NOT serviced. It’s meant to be every day. When room was serviced it was a slapdash job - terribly done There were renovations being done which we should have been told about BEFORE our stay - loud banging early in the morning and when trying to relax at the pool was extremely disappointing

The hotel does not meet...

Liked: The property has quite nice food to offer.
Disliked: Poor quality of linens on the beds and the serving of cocktails on the patio in plastic cups!!An unhelpful front desk member who was unable to apologise for overcharging us for our stay. Disappointing attitude!

Excellent location. Good weather helped!

Liked: The balcony and view were wonderful. It was great to watch the boats go by and enjoy the view. The art was also great.
Disliked: The fact that we lost water for 3 hrs one day was such an inconvenience. And the kitchen needs attention. No plates or silverware was a hassle.
