Not a good stay

Liked: Extremely noisy everywhere had to change rooms because 312 is was impossible to sleep. The rooms are not correctly cleaned, found hair and dust in both rooms, staff still nice but the main issue is the product.

All in all great place...

Liked: Location was wonderful , Very clean and spacious. Beds start off feeling wonderful then memory foam looses it’s memory and just stays lumpy 😕

Disliked: Rooms, especially the floors and bedding could be cleaner. Building needs better maintenance.

Budget Price Means Budget Accommodations

Liked: The beds were way too soft in first location. They gave us a new room in another of their locations about 5 blocks away, which were better. The places were clean but just barely adequate. The kitchen in their 'apartments' were jokes. No supplies at all, like paper towels, hand towels, water glasses, corkscrew, coffee filters, etc. We had to buy all necessary items, which is just silly because a two week stay meant you left behind all that stuff that you couldn't pack.The soundproofing wasn't: especially from noises outside. Anyone talking out in atrium/pool area sounded like they were in your living room.

Excellent accommodation in North Miami...

Liked: The accommodation was excellent, clean, exactly as expected. The location is excellent, everything is close by: shops, restaurants, parking and bars.
Disliked: nothing

Liked: The pool was great but the beach was closeby so I could enjoy swimming in both.
