Liked: Room was modern and great location
Disliked: The office was 5 blocks from the actual location. The keys didn’t work in the morning and we were locked out, had to walk for 30 minutes and we needed to get to the airport.

Disliked: Check in is on absolutely different location. No one will tell you that, until you find out. Staff is bossy, arrogant.

Liked: the attitude was good. I booked a room by mistake without a bathroom and the staff themselves offered to replace us for free with a room with a bathroom. the room had all the amenities and everything worked well.
Disliked: the room was dirty, I myself worked in a cleaning company and we simply could not afford to leave such rooms for guests. and the bed linen was damp, apparently they forgot to dry it

Moldy and musty but nice...

Liked: The staff was really nice
Disliked: It has mold, I had to move rooms twice and they both had mold. It smelled so bad of mold. When we got home, I had to wash my stuff twice to get the smell out. Also had to take allergy mediciation while staying there. It was a very stressful time because we had to evacuate from our home do to hurricane Milton, and I was expecting the mold, so it was a sucky situation.
