Liked: First off let me start by saying that my husband and myself have been coming to this resort for many, many years. My parents were owners at first and then we rented our own condo once we outgrew my parent's. The location is great and one reason we keep coming back to this resort. We also enjoy the size of the three bedroom condo.
Disliked: The actual facilities are very tired looking and desperately need a real update. The couch and chairs are not at all comfortable and are very dirty looking. The carpet throughout needs replaced. The tile flooring is in bad shape as well. The pools and hot tub are very dirty. The sides of them all could use a good scrubbing and need repair work as there is noticeable damage in the edges. Little updates that were made such as cutting off the top of the TV cabinet in the bedrooms and placing a glass piece on top does not count as a real update. The beds also in desperate need of replacement. The mattresses are not comfortable. Please make some real updates so we can keep coming back to our favorite resort.

Liked: It was more than expected! Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and would bend over backwards to assist you. The room on the 5th floor was great! We'd eat breakfast at sunrise and view starlit skies in the evening. There were lots of things to do from mini golf (Pirate Island) just down the road to watching live bands and the local eatery (The Sandbar)
Disliked: That our vacation had to come to an end and we had to leave!
