Amazing, would return

Liked: The views were amazing, the staff were helpful and lovely and the people staying there were nice too, close to shops and around facilities

Perfect base for exploring

Liked: Location was perfect. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

A useful 2 night stay...

Liked: It was a useful last minute accommodation for us for 2 nights. The snacks left were helpful and not expected. The room was clean and well prepared, the shower was hot.
Disliked: The room was not serviced prior to the second night so we took our own rubbish out.As it was a last minute booking we had to phone to find out our Room number as it was not on the email. The door access took several goes with the card to get into the lobby staircase but eventually it worked.

OK..

Liked: The fact that the room over looked a loch with some stunning views was great, Shame about the bathroom light keep on flickering the whole time... The heater could have worked a bit better instead of on one setting, the highest...The keys cards for entry to the front entrance weren't at all great..and the T.V.s would be nice to be upgraded to include music channels.. There could have been another small light in the room as well..

Disliked: Extremely rude staff, lack of lockers or any other option for keeping the luggage after the check out.Very squeaky floors and thin walls
