Liked: Nice view, spacious room
Disliked: Extremely rude staff, lack of lockers or any other option for keeping the luggage after the check out.Very squeaky floors and thin walls

Liked: the room was very clean, smelled of bleach even. very quiet although i don't think there were many people there. the snacks etc left for us was much appreciated.
Disliked: from the outside i was abit dubious, the paintwork could probably do with touching up. pleasantly surprised on the inside. the bathroom light kept flickering, not good for sensory issues.

Liked: Very clean in a lovely location. Close to shops, restaurants and the pier
Disliked: No lift , problems with key card

We had a great time...

Liked: Good selection of snacks and drinks in room. Good location with great view of waterfront from bedroom
Disliked: Check in could be earlier (4.30 is a bit late as we were going to a music festival which started at 4pm) and check out should be 1000 not 0900. No staff available- all self service. Some cooking facilities e.g a communal kitchen or a fridge and microwave in room would be good
