Disliked: Hotel Stuff not very friendly. Wrongly charged my credit card after departure until I found out a couple of days later. No proper apologies.

Great stay

Liked: Very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony that I had specifically asked for, they switched the room with no hesitation. The new restaurant is great. We received a discount for staying at the hotel. My husband had a late golf game and they let me have a later checkout.
Disliked: Nothing
