Horrible experience they would do...

Liked: Booked a room with a balcony over looking the water. Got a balcony overlooking sheplars ferry where we were so close we could touch the people waiting for the ferry. Then we were told by the bycycle too bad you didn't book with us so nothing they would do
Disliked: I didn't get room I paid for and I deserve a refund
