Nice hotel but could do...

Liked: The hotel is located on the waterfront. It had excellent shops and restaurants in the immediate location to the hotel. Upon arrival staff member was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was basic but ok.
Disliked: Unfortunately i would have to say communication with guests. Despite emailing the hotel I have still not received a response. Therefore communication not great. In addition seating at breakfast time quite limited.

Liked: The location, right in the heart of downtown! Right in the middle of it all.
