Liked: The room was just fine for what you’re paying. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke and the bathroom sink was very leaky. But it was a place to sleep. It’s also weird to get in— you have to check in at the nicer hotel around the corner and then walk back to this one; which seems to be an apartment building.

Liked: The staff was amazing. I arrived exhausted and confused. It wasn't clear what I should do. I went to the address and found a gated apartment complex, so I called the number and was told that I had to check in at another place. I was also told that I had to pay to park in the structure. I couldn't afford that. And I was not up for going from place to place. I am in a wheelchair. But John came down and walked me to where I needed to go, waited as I checked in, then walked me back to the apartment complex, and even up to my room. I was SO grateful for his kind presence. The man at the check-in counter was also very kind (I'm so sorry for not catching your name). He let me cancel the rest of the days I had booked. That way I could just leave the next morning by the time my car had to be moved from the spot I had found on the street. The room was not inviting. Not very clean. The bed was quite uncomfortable. But the staff took care of me. Thank you.

Disliked: A lot of noise early in the morning due to trash collection from building across the street. Water pressure in shower was a little low (we were on the 5th floor).
