Staff were friendly enough and...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Feels a bit dated inside. Bed was uncomfortable as it had what felt like a lump in the middle. Tv was very old and when it finally turned on you couldn’t load the guide or change the channel. The plug sockets were almost too big for the plugs as they kept falling out which was odd. Air con useless, doesn’t go below 19 degrees so the room was hot all the time.

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The lady by the reception desk doesn’t help at all. I booked a superior king room and got a dated small dark room at first floor!!! Tiny window and mattress and pillows do thin. Not coming back.

Liked: renovated room, bathroom
Disliked: Very poor selection at breakfast for a gluten free/dairy free diet. No plant based yogurt, no gluten free bakery items (except bread) and no brewed decaf coffee or herbal teas. Extremely poor restaurant menu.
