Overall, a very nice experience and I will stay there again for my next visit to Washington DC.

Liked: The room was very nice and the bed was SO very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the concierge suggested an excellent place for dinner and brunch.

Inconvenient while taking money

Liked: The location and cleanliness were fine
Disliked: There was no Valet when I got there so I waited 20 minutes before checking in. The valet the next morning trying to get my car out was equally terrible. Cost $65. They brought the wrong car twice. The $25 Destination fee is an absolute sham. You charge $25 that I have to spend on the property at either the restaurant or Starbucks and it’s use or lose! Total scam

Exceptional

Very nice hotel.

Liked: It was a great location since we were in town for the Inauguration. 4 Blocks from the White House. Metro is right outside the door.
Disliked: Wish there was a nicer restaurant. Prices were higher for all hotels due to the Inauguration.
