Cosy hotel in a great...

Liked: A very cosy hotel - in particular, the reception area and bar. The dining area was lovely too with big windows looking out to the garden. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location was great for exploring Lincoln
Disliked: The rooms were a bit dated and I would have liked to have a minibar/fridge in the room, especially as we brought our dog and needed somewhere to store his food. The superior room option was large and spacious but the bathroom really small, especially the shower. A bath would have been much nicer.

Liked: The hotel staff were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The hotel has such a relaxed feeling, from the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed which was just what we needed.The room was beautiful, with a really comfy bed.We purchased breakfast with our stay, and we were not disappointed. The service at breakfast was great and the food perfect. We will definitely be booking again.
