BEDBUGS no working heater, no...

Liked: They have bedbugs really bad I woke up and had bites all over my body and now I’m worried I brought the bedbugs back to my house and I’m gonna have to pay like 10 grand to get it bombed. There were stains all over everything. Nothing worked. The TV didn’t work. The heater didn’t work. I asked staff to come help. They never did. They were Subaru the whole time the large girl, the very tall, unpleasant lady at the front desk called my boyfriend a racial swear under her breath. Just because we complained about the fact that the TV didn’t work and it was like 52° all night. They didn’t even give us a space heater. But mostly the bedbugs are the problem they need to take care of that.

Liked: Such a lovely room and comfortable place to stay it was a bit hard to not bring any leftovers from a night out due to not having a microwave but it was still great too good my husband and I had to extend our stay

Liked: Wow! The staff is SO helpful- late night, morning, anybody working was pleasant and had a smile. The room was BEAUTIFUL. It is difficult to find a balance between a historical building and cleanliness/updated facilities. The Warwick did this and more. I loved the colors, the furniture, photos and a beautiful fireplace. We were on a high floor over the street. We were able to listen to the city and as soon as the slider was closed, it was the quietest spot I have stayed in SF.
Disliked: I wish we'd stayed another night!
