An excellent hotel

Liked: A very comfortable room with a connecting bathroom. The bath was nice and it had everything you would expect. The complimentary glass of wine in the bar and 10% discount at the restaurant downstairs were nice touches.
Disliked: We booked a table at the restaurant but had to wait for a table to become available. The music in the bar was a little incongruous with the surroundings.

Liked: The hotel is downtown and very close to Union Square. So it’s a good location to see the sights of the city. It had a great restaurant on site.
Disliked: The city has a problem with homelessness! The homeless are on the side streets. It’s not a welcoming view.

Liked: I LOVED the location! Union square is right down the street and so many food options. The staff was excellent! Super friendly and made sure I had anything I needed during my stay, to the employee who checked me in, you’re doing amazing! The room was super cute, a bit small but VERY comfortable. There was an adjustable light setting which I loved, the bathroom was very clean, towels smelled fresh, carpet didn’t feel dirty at all. The wardrobe is a very nice touch btw (: Was fairly quiet, I didn’t hear much while in my room. Will be staying here again(:
Disliked: The only thing is you can’t let yourself into the building with just a key card like anywhere else. I get it, downtown is a hard place to be sometimes but I feel like that would be so much easier than having to wait for staff to unlock the door

Disliked: The area was a little shady but it’s pretty decent even for the downtown
