Exceptional
Liked: Great hotel, great location, great staff. Lived in NYC 30 yrs before retiring and this is my preferred hotel when back in the City.

Bad birthday stay
Liked: Location the beds and the shower were all good
Disliked: Compared to when i last stayed a huge difference for the worse no evening restaurant closed ( breakfast was available 86 dollars for 2 ) no room service for snacks or meals, no stocked bar in room and no dressing gowns.The heating/air conditioning was extremely noisy and disturbed your sleep.There was a bar but cocktails at 25 dollars too expensive..I was most disappointed at all these changes since my last two visits. I was in NYC to celebrate my 76 birthday and had requested a corner room I was denied this even though i informed staff for reason for my trip . I WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Amazing stay!
Disliked: Amazing Hotel nothing to complain apart from the so called „concierge“ that wanted 2$ per bag to store at the Hotel before departure. The 2$ aren‘t the problem but rather that it was cash only and we didn‘t use cash our whole stay (had to search an ATM, etc just for that). Sounded like a private business given that I asked if this can be put on the Hotel bill and the personnel told me that this is a separate thing between the conceriege and us. The guy even asked to Venmo him the cash but if you are from a different country that doesn‘t work. I wasn‘t aware that you can do separate business at a serious hotel.

Dissapointing
Liked: Location is excellent.
Disliked: We have stayed at the Warwick over the years about 12 times, It is not the same hotel by far, No room service, nowhere to grab a bite since Randolph is closed until late afternoon, and is not serving food anymore. Murals is open only for Breakfast, it is OK but nothing outstanding. Staff is the only thing that we could say is the same, friendly and happy to assist you. I do not think we will be back,

We enjoyed our weekend in...
Liked: The location of the hotel, the size of the room and the personnel were great!
Disliked: There were no jacks in the room to charge our cell phones. Also the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast was very pricey, although the food and service were good.
