This is a neat historic...

Liked: It was in a great location. Very close to Rockefeller Center. It was really clean and a neat historic building. Also they kept our room well stocked with towels. Also the elevators were always readily available and fast.

Liked: The mid-town location is great, and the history is compelling. We loved meeting up at the Murals bar for drinks at night, and each of the staff was so thoughtful and caring. Thanks for a great visit!

Would have expected better

Disliked: The Hotel takes money upon arrival to cover incidentals which is standard practice. Up to today these have not been refunded and it's been nearly a month. The Hotel keeps telling me to email someone else for the money to be released but I got no reply back.Found a roach in the room on departure and the construction noise in the room was unreal.

Disliked: A big cockroach in the bathtub, disgusting; same for my colleague, mother cockroach and babies … and no special concern from the hotel, just we are sorry !
