Liked: The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, we love the restaurant for breakfast. The guys at the valet are the best. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is good, they recently renovated it. They have a mini bar inside the rooms, ask for the keys. There are also a nice pool, great for the weather in Dallas during the summer.
Disliked: The staff are not so friendly, especially the front desk. They are not helpful and barely smile. The toilet flush is really slow, all rooms have carpet that doesn't seem to be clean that often. The bed is kind of small too. And they need to improve the fitness center. The neighborhood is ok, but there are a fireman place nearby, so be prepared for siren noises, especially at night.

Disliked: Expensive for the type of property. Mattress not comfortable. Parking was super expensive.

Disappointing stay.

Liked: Large room and clean.
Disliked: Very noisy with cars and motorcycles racing and revving engines on street all night. Staff was not well informed. Was told coffee would be available at 6am on Saturday when I checked in on Friday, but the morning of my departure was told it was not ready until 6:30, then 7:00. Staff tried to play the blame game. It mattered because I had a long drive ahead and waited to leave until coffee was available. In-room coffee was bad and there was no electric plug near the coffee maker set up. They have airs of a great hotel but not quite there.
