Very nice hotel. Easy access to the city.

Disliked: We were told we got an upgrade, but the room wasn't any different than the one we originally booked. There was drilling work next door upon our arrival.

Great way to see Jazz Alley shows. Very nice and a reasonable price point.

Liked: The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The beds were awfully hard. Half the group left with back pain. I myself came back with inflamed sciatica and had to miss 4 days of work.

The hotel is very clean...

Liked: The lobby was very welcoming and they were playing chill jazz music when we entered. It was very clean and I enjoyed our corner unit with a semi-patio.
Disliked: The bathroom was missing some updates, and the parking does cost extra. The parking garage has no elevator so we had to walk up a urine-smelling stairwell with our bags.

Disliked: Upon entering the room it looked nice. However the highly touched areas need to be clean & paid more attention too.. The windows to the balcony where extremely dirty the window & handle to the closet was extremely dirty the mirror in the bathroom was extremely dirty. I myself work at a hospital as a housekeeper so that's why I noticed those things the highly touched areas should always be cleaned that's how people get sick. Other wise the overall appearance looked good & staff was friendly & helpful
