Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem it was fixed almost immediately. The list of television channels was in alphabetical order - why don't other places do that? There was plenty of lighting in the room. We had a large balcony but didn't use it because of several days of snow. It was the same for the outdoor pool. We were doubtful about staying here because of other reviews, mostly about the breakfasts which are provided by a restaurant. However, they now provide a hot buffet, which was very good.
Disliked: There didn't seem to be anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels.
